“Our kitchen sink would not drain this morning. After no success using my plunger a number of times I gave Gary a call. He returned the call and said he would be here in a half hour. He was right on time. After looking the situation over he brought in the equipment he needed and in thirty minutes he was on his way. He is a very smart guy and efficient too. Being an impatient guy that I am when I have a backed up drain, I kept looking up other people but Gary called me back within 10 minutes of leaving the message. He’s a one-man operation, so if he doesn’t answer he’s probably cleaning out a drain but will get right back to you! He came over about an hour after I called because he was on another job. “I hired Gary on an emergency basis on 09/11/2014.
The drain in our basement had been “backing up” intermittently for approx. 3 months. My husband was able to “unclog” the sewer/septic drain with whatever he could find just to get “everything” to drain when the back-ups happened, but they had been happening more often and much more severely, until 9/11/14, when all of my bathwater ended up covering our basement floor.
Frustrated, disgusted, and very concerned for my children’s health, I frantically began my Google search. I wanted to find an inexpensive company….one that could “get the job done right”.
Review Budget Drain & Sewer Cleaning LLC, was my third phone call. The owner, Gary, was at my door, ready to unclog, in less than 45 minutes! He was kind, friendly to my children, respectful about my germ phobias, and he even explained the “unclogging” process.
Gary said we had a nasty clog about 10 ft past the drain itself. His nice, clean, working machine loosened whatever was “STUCK” and then Gary checked 90 more feet into our pipes “just to be on the safe side”.
Since hiring Review Budget Drain & Sewer Cleaning LLC, our septic drain has been working perfectly. No slow draining, no more back ups, and the icing on the cake!? The price was very affordable. I’d suggest hiring Gary and his “fancy septic sucker” over any of the other businesses you’re considering, The job will get done right, fast, and you might even learn something!
